Hail, Citizen.
Many have mocked the Big Hat's No Pant's club. They call us traitorous vile scum. The Scourge of providence. They report our beliefs as not in line with their beliefs, and thus not worthy of this great summit.
But it is with great pride that I must announce that tonight the gears of war have turned in our favor. Jeffalk Senta has been relieved of the Avatar class titan that has for so long enslaved him, his pod has been destroyed and he has been returned to a nearby medical facility.
Fly safe, Fly with Big hats, and NEVER wear pants.

Not a good day for the CVA.
It is, however, worth noting that while titans can be replaced, you are still traitorous, vile scum; you are still the scourge of Providence, your beliefs are still not in line with our beliefs, and you are still not worthy of this great summit.
May God have mercy on your souls.

The march will never cease, CVA will be crushed under our iron boots in the endless search for fight. One more NRDS corpse to pave the road to glory.

You should consider the following statements:
Originally by: Alistair Cononach ąCVA may be many things, but a "Slaver Alliance" isn't one of them, in my insiders view. Sure, we have a few folks who spout the usual Empire Company Line, but it's just talk. No one in CVA cares about Slavers or Slavery, one way or the other. The entire concpet is an afterthought. Don't let them fool you otherwise. In the minds of some, CVA in real terms has little ties to the Empire and Empire policy in general...
Originally by: Alistair Cononach ąIn reality, CVA promotes it's own agenda of (primarily) NRDS and White-Hat Space Management morality, as determined by the leader of CVA, not by any Empire or Imperial decree or desire, as if such things existed. The Empires utter lack of caring for it's loyalitys (of all stripes) these days couldn't BE more obviousą
If this is what CVA holds as it's "beliefs" then perhaps it is CVA who should be seeking the mercy of God.
I urge your organization, once a proud defender of the Empire, to review your alliance and decide quickly if you support God and Empire or Aralis. I urge all of CVA to recant the above statements and return to the one true path of God.
Amarr Victor, not Aralis Victor.

Apparently the State's educational system has already burned judging from the rampant amount of apostrophe abuse in your corp's name and in your post's title.
A quick refresher; apostrophes are used to indicate contraction of words (i.e. it is changed to it's) or possession (Nick's Vexor), not pluralization. Thank you.

We have no need to explain ourselves but for your sake here is my attempt for the general public. On numerous occasions we have offered the CVA our assistance and have only gotten token replies. Our pilots in corp and the Kador lowsec coalition have been threatened by CVAs diplomats, requests to set standings have been met with delays that last for more then a month.
If you do not want to work with us, and then feel the need to threaten us, we will fight. My ONE regret is this, that most of our pilots were in smartbombing battleships and couldn't get on the kill for fear of destroying our own drones.
If the PIE is so interested in what we are doing and why, you may ask us and we will be happy to speak to you or anyone else.
Our organization is very open, our goals are the protection of innocent people. To this effect we've fought piracy in Molden Heath, cleared Kador of hostiles, and cleansed Khanid of multiple murderous groups. Our job is dirty, it is bloody, and it requires us to act in ways that will at times, make us appear suspect and at the end of the day it allows me to sleep easily.
Good day.

It is as Tablaren has said.
Despite GarrekĘs assurances, many within CVA follow the rule of Arlis instead of their Empress. The Black Inquisition has stated quite plainly since itĘs inception that we serve the Kingdom and by extension the Empire.
It is interesting to note that the combat records show that CVAĘs other titan during the course of the battle turned and fired on itĘs twin, adding to the damage and hastening itĘs destruction. Was this because the pilot of the first titan was a renegade? Or was this a cheap ploy to keep their statistics up? Either way, CVA acted reprehensibly, committed acts of aggression against the Empire and paid the price for their folly.
I consider this to be a tragic series of events. I hope CVA will seek a peaceful resolution and cease their aggression against a force that is doing the same work that they should be engaged in. As we are, we do not see CVA as an enemy, but we will do whatever is necessary to complete GodĘs work while we are in the area. That includes the use of deadly force.

Originally by: Rodj Blake It sounds like Black Inquisition have some explaining to do.
Not really Admiral, the simple explanation is that, upon realizing they were being snuffed by the so-called "murderous groups" that Tablaren speaks of in the Khanid region despite 6:1 numerical odds in their favor and virtually unlimited resources KPV was forced to hide under someone else's skirt. At first it was with Knights of Kador in Khanid lowsec where the incensed Khanid locals would not go to play games with Kador and KPV capitals in a fleet of battlecruisers. Then after that proved insufficient they had to call in I-RED in April to force a temporary ceasefire. Evidently by June KPV felt the need to begin hostilities against the lawful inhabitants of Khanid space anew. I appealed for help at that time on behalf of our wronged band and had naught but a deaf ear turned to us, no matter more glory for those who would stand and fight this tyranny. My premise at that time was that KPV was at best a band of vigilante thugs and at worse heretical pirates, my evidence admittedly circumstantial to the case at hand.
But now,
If you will but direct your attention to one of Black Inquisition's member corporations, Interstellar buyers of unwanted stuff, you will find they were at one time members of Soldiers of Solitude, a pirate organization myself and others fought in the region of Aridia. Now we see they are firing on CVA? I am not sure how they would characterize these actions but even if I am persona non grata amongst certain elements of the Amarrian loyalists I would not assault CVA as their mission in Providence cannot but be described as ordained by God (For sooth, nary a year has passed and their tormentors which ejected them in the first place have been broken). Do with this information as you will.

Edited by: Rodj Blake on 17/11/2010 15:29:46 In my book it isn't acceptable to open fire on someone just because there's a delay in responding to a diplomatic request for standings - particularly when dealing with a group who avoid firing on neutrals.
If Black Inquisition are as interested in Amarrian unity as they claim to be, then I suggest that they offer to pay an appropriate amount of compensation to the CVA.
Having said that, should either side in this dispute wish to open negotiations though an intermediary, then I offer my services as such.

Agreed. We hoped for better behavior from CVA. We still hope for a peaceful resolution.
We will take your consideration under advisement, but the ISK-value would have to be reduced by the amount of ships that were lost to CVA's agression.
I appriciate your offer for mediation. However, there may be a conflict of interests. PIE is a known member of CONFIDIO and CONFIDIO members, particularly the 1st Praetorian Guard are known allies of CVA. Any mediator would have to be pro-Amarr, but neutral in their dealing with both alliances.

We owe you an apology? Such hubris!
I could at this point bring up your past insults towards Emperor Heideran VII, Emperor Doriam II and House Tash-Murkon, but what has been said in the past isn't especially relevant to members of your alliance firing upon a loyalist vessel.

Your attempts to paint us as the aggressors are as transparent as they are futile. Not a single Black Inquisition ship has been killed to date by CVA; whereas yesterday you showed your true intentions towards us. As they like to point out, the NIP forces are NBSI. So, in order to join their fleet, you must have already established good standings with them.
We do not care for your excuses or your political camouflage. If you want to join our enemies - so be it. A few more won't matter. If you don't - you know what to do. The choice is yours.

An interesting comparison.
Did the Empress or King send you to attack CVA? The question is of course hypothetical. Seems to me your underling has made it clear that pride is the motivating factor for open hostilities with CVA, not any loyalist motivation. You flirt with hypocrisy.
At best, your open hostilities with CVA are motivated by your own leadership's interpretation of the best interests of the Kingdom and Empire. In that regard we are precisely alike.
I think the truth is closer to pilots in the Black Inquisition seeking personal glory, and Black Inquisition leadership now seeking a reason for hostilities so as to avoid embarassment.
I hope we can square away this misunderstanding, but that is now Black Inquisition's decision. You took the initiative to engage in hostilities with CVA without warning, you can now take the initiative and make the first move to the negotiating table.
In the mean time, we will be enemies.
