I sat there on my stool hoping for the one and only to come by and touch my cucumber
with her hands and slide it up and down. It felt good, nice soft a bit like fur
wait wha....
As i looked down i saw the paw
The Dog paw
As i prayed to chribba for reasurance a massive lump of veldspar came crashing down and the dog exploded
His fur absouletly covered my bananna
My wife walked in and stared at the mess
"Hey babe, didnt know you were gonna paint the walls white i asked for brown"

Did you formalize into an alliance to serve the Empire, or to avenge alleged threats against members prior to Black Inquisition's existence?

"Turning on our friends" would necessitate that CVA were our friends to begin with. As clearly stated by Tablaren, our multiple attempts at friendship with CVA were rebuffed or ignored.
We do enjoy blue standings with many of our current neighbors, to prevent just this sort of thing.

This is why capsuleers should just stay out of empire affairs unless directly commissioned to engage opposing factions pilots. Because both of you are going to interpret the will of the Empire differently, and clash, which just causes more chaos.

I suggest that both the leaderships of CVA and BI ought to sit down and attempt to work out their differences. If you require someone to meditate, I offer myself. I've flown with you, Silas Vitalia, during the early months of the 24th crusade, and I am neutral to CVA. and have never made an aggressive action against them or for them.

The peace is intended to be between the Black Inquisition Alliance and the CVA. Mr. Blake offered to provide mediate between the two parties, but BI feels he and PIE maybe too close to CVA for such a set up to work fairly.
I apologize for the grammatical issues, and hopefully they've been resolved now.

I wish to make it known that I have been contacted by a representative of the Black Inquisition. I urge CVA to do so as well.
I believe, firmly, that a peaceful resolution is possible, and that both sidesĘ grievances to be dealt with in a reasoned fashion.
