I love the new tooltips. They're awesome. Beautiful.
Sooo why do they show up instantly? That's just, like, basic design 101.
Like, I have all my stuff keybound and they're still really, really annoying.

I agree with you. As to why it happened...Is it a matter of how EVE's UI has always been? Is there anything else in EVE with a delayed pop-up?

We updated the new module button tooltips today, Friday, in Inferno 1.2.2, based on your feedback.

Delayed tooltips are annoying if there's no option to turn them off. |
