it aint the first 1.
and second half the caldari navy seem to use harpy's as customs ships.
and as i am unable to find a npc flying this a set of pics would be real nice upon fact spitting it out.

Hmm looks like they mixed an Ibis with a Merlin basically.
Interesting ship...however, ya'll are getting jipped, considering the ship is actually only worth just a few K more then a Merlin. It is after all a tech I tier III frigate.
300K is my bid. Well maybe 500K just because it's new.

even rare value only puts it at 150 ish mill for a week at most.
the pure fact these are going to be given out from now on will prob put its value at 15mill in 2-3 months.

Thats pure horsecrap. Who is gonna waste 100k loyalty points and a crapload of tags for 15m??? Nobody! Fact is, nobody is going to TAKE the AGENTS offer if he doesn't get at least 100m in return.
Please read economics 101, SUPPLY and demand.
Of course in comparison to other frigates in terms of stats this is worth no more than 1m or so, but that doesn't matter squat.

why should anybody fukc with tech I friggs for 100M when he can use tech II friggs for 1/5th which destroy ten of these at once...
Better save the 100k LP for faction BS which are the only ones worth it...

It's not about the stats or the future use of the ship . the fact is : It's (or nearly) the only one and it's not a common frigate , It's a caldari navy faction ship; no matter what it cost (time, money, LP tags ..) it's the reward for the works of some ppl who wanted do get a different thing. Maybe it' will be released in 1 or 2 months, or maybe not.. no matter, this one is the first one and it look really nice. Maybe will it be sold (at right price) maybe not and maybe i will only use it to go shopping trough empire, but one thing is true, we are proud to have gotten and built it, no matter of the cost ;o)
And for the Lp spent : i can't figure how much LP i'll need for a Raven "navy issue" but the LP spent for the Hookbill will only be a little amount of the LP requirement for a raven (and maybe someone will get enough LP for a raven but not the right tags or stuff..) then the LP in this case are not soo important

yes fine ignore the fact more and more of the required claim stuff gets droped from missions every day and that pirate tags are getting dumped every day and then your coments may be valid.
untill then pls read your economics 101 and then take a look at the day by day increase in agents offering these ships and the availibilty of the stuff to claim them.
And how every other non-limited edition ship has always lost value.
O btw i said 2-3 months. for now the value is what ever.

Faction ships will only be relased by agents, so the availability will stay low and maybe the demand high.
People always love to be differents that others .. by flying an uncommon ship ie ..

i got a hookbill last saturday and promptly gave it away, slower than my ceptor and will get butt r**ed against ceptors and assault frigs so not much point keepin it

so whats the point then? if im not gonna use it someone else mite aswell have it, its like imp apocs sitting doing nothing in a hanger gathering dust if i had one of them id use it but a hookbill? i have no use for one so why keep it?
