Well 2 things the offer made was for both you and him, second he has the choice to refuse any offer and does anyone selling anything.
In any case either person having this toon will be made a nice offer in 4 days. I have 20 now but will have much more in 4 days.

As a precursor to the auction, he set a buyout, of 20Billion, I accepted that buyout while everyone else tried to jew him down. I also sent a good faith deposit, as an auction winner I have rights. Once I win the character feel free to contact me in 4 days and I guarantee I won't sell it..... Just sayin...

It is up to the seller if he wants to take any deal. Your sending part payment, or even full payment, does not mean you will get a character.
