Yeah that will delay me for all of 2 minutes. There is no where you can go where somebody like me can't find you. As long as you're online I will track you. Fine. There's plenty of other ways I can deal with you. But just to annoy you further I could just keep flying away or jump clone~, I don't care :) If you're willing to fly 45+ jumps just to try to maybe get a kill well...you got some issues ;)
Go ahead and keep flying, it just means that I am preventing you from doing anything else which is what I would probably be getting paid to do.

Welcome to EVE. Here you are forced to pvp. You have to understand that u have influence on the Market, this market is pvp driven. You can't just take the reward but ignoring the other side that is pvp.

Mate if anyone gives a **** about their KB stats when fighting hisec indi corp then theyre a joke.
You'll find that the types who dont want to pvp are the types who have little to no experience in it. Encouraging them not to engage in something they know nothing about (and assume that they won't enjoy) is just a really bad attitude. I'd much rather encourage people to take those lemons and start pelting leet pvpers to death with them. Like I've said before if they lose a few cheap ships why should they care? The only risk they're really taking is having fun. |

Greetings,
As has been so repetitively pointed out; You Don't Have An Option other than:
1. FIGHT BACK 2. Hire someone with bigger guns
WarDecs vs hi sec industrial corps is part of life in EVE. Trust me, i'm fully aware <note alliance name...>
You might also consider where it is that you're operating. Stay away from hubs if your mining because it makes you VISIBLE to war mongers. Security by obscurity is a high risk industrialists best friend. Large caliber turrets are a quick second...
Guerrilla warfare in EVE is a blast and you hardly ever get permission to kill other players in hi sec. Great opportunity to fit a pile of rifters/punishers/whatever-is-cheap and have a blast.

stop you are ruining EVE with your terrible ways. go away if you don't want to risk death. I doubt a small indi corp like them have POS's etc already, though I agree. But it would let them continue to play, while being an annoyance. I said my methods will let you continue, not continue efficiently, but continue.
The alts can just be in an alt corp. Keep mining, missioning, whatever. Doesn't have to be in corp. Just transfer money to the corp mains and be done with it. |

Don't hire mercs. They don't help.
Don't try to fight back. If you fight back the wardeccers will not fight.
You have to understand Hisec wardeccers. They don't want to fight. They just want easy kills. If you stand up to them they will play station games and other stupid crap to snipe you off avoiding a fight.
I have had much experience as a PvE pilot in an 'industry' corp in hisec suffering under wardecs. Here is my .02 isk:
- You can mission under wardec. In fact, it is good experience. Mission in a system with few people in it and watch local. Learn to Dscan and get used to doing it all the time even if non wartargets in system because they will use neutral alts to probe you down. It isn't hard and becomes second nature after awhile. Good experience if you ever want to go to NPC pirate space or wormholes. For hisec you need a neutral alt or two to check out gates before you go through. Again, good experience for pirate NPC space or null (or lowsec). You can mission with not much risk. I imagine you can rat, explore, mine much the same way just watch local like a hawk for wartargets.
- Have multiple jump clones set up far apart stocked to do your missions/preferred PvE. If you get beseiged in a station you can jump clone far away and do your thing there. Leave the beseigers at an empty station.
- Use the opportunity to explore lowsec. Mission /PvE there. Wardeccers seem to be hesitant to come after/camp you in low but some do so still be careful....which you will have to be anyway because you are in losec. :) Again, good experience.
- BEST OPTION (if you can). Be a part of a null sec alliance with territory or renting from one. This way if you are wardecced, jump clone to null sec and carry on. Let the wardeccers look for you in hisec all they want.
Above all remember this:
Your best weapon against wardeccers is.......boredom. Bore them to death and they will go away. The trick is that your corpies cannot be bored during this time or they will leave. Wardecs provide a 'spice' to your routine...and excuse to do new things. Some corpies will be inflexible but they are best discarded from your corp anyway. If you have stupid corpies giving the wardeccers easy kills then the wardeccers will hang around. Use wardecs to spice your corp activities/keep from going stale...to find and eliminate stupid and/or inflexible people from your corp and to practice skills for surviving in tougher space.

In addition, I think hisec wardecs are a good thing. I just wish they worked better.
The reason I think they are a good thing is that in Eve, as in many MMOs, there are too many tiny corps that can't do much. There needs to be pressure to kill them off and get those people into somewhat larger corps. |

I do believe I said that. As long as you are logged in I can find you. 40 jumps will buy you maybe ten minutes of playtime. The jumclone will just be wasted and you will have to wait another 24 hours before you can waste it again.

Alts are an effective source, if they are out of the corp. Though not everybody has an alt.

You are an exception, in my experience.
When I missioned under wardecs, there would be a flurry of activity to 'get me' at the start and at the end. At the start because I was around. It would wane when they realized I was a harder to get target. Finally at the end because, I imagine, they thought I would let down my guard during the 24 hours between wardec withdrawn and the stop of hostilities. |

we then jump cloned into blank clones and went out hunting. we had loads of fun, we killed a couple of their pilots with no losses on our side. if you do the same you'll only risk having fun. |

edit - if you need to go Afk, fix dinner go to a movie...sleep, work etc....log in your toon and let it sit in a station. Adds to the boredom of wardeccers when they look for targets. Also helps to obscure when you are actually doing something.
You're right, but TBH the OP *should* fight back.
hisec decs are for easy kills, sure. Make yourself NOT an easy kill, and they'll go away
If you do get a kill or two on them (sometimes, even if you just stand up to them), then they'll hide in station. Sure it's boring to camp someone in station ... but it's less boring than being the one camped in station.
Set up traps on the gates in your secondary mission system(s) ...
Use EWAR (that pisses them off to no end ).
Worst case scenario is you get the dec extended for a second week ... though most of the hisec dec corps will move on if you're not just an easy kill... |

You are correct, I am an exception. Many deccers simply hope to catch the mission boat at a gate or in a belt and be done with it. The fallacy here is that pve'rs get lazy and think this way about every corp until players like me come along. Mission pockets won't hide you from the scanners and to me that is the best time to catch them because they don't expect it.
Now I should note that depending on corp size will determine how determined I am at chasing you. If many of you are logged on then I will simply hunt down your corpmates who you just abandoned. If its one or 2 of you then its safari time. My job is to hunt so flying 40 systems is part of my fun. If you go through that much trouble and I still catch you its just that much more satisfying. |
