I think he takes offense at your throwing of rocks from a glass house. 
Also I like the idea of defense guns on mining barges, so long as their balanced and you have a give and take just like everything else in eve, i.e. you have to give up turret slots you would use for strip miners to fit the weapons giving your barge gank but less ore per cycle.

Believe me, I understand the idea behind Hulkageddon, and these aren't delicious miners tears here... I just think that the Hulkageddon proponents don't realize that some people choose mining because that's all they can do.
