Is there any way for CCP to offer high resolution versions of corp logos, for use on corp websites and such? (Of course with an obligatory "Copyright CCP").
I'd have to imagine that CCP has the ability to produce these fairly easily. I was wondering if they could offer them to corps that specifically requested them or offer them via the website for a small fee?

Yes please, a major overhaul on the corporate logomaker would be welcome, it's as much a success as the courier missions.

Yeah... if I could search for a corp and say "Capture Corp Logo" that would be hot!

Though I imagine it is not high on their priority list.

you should beable too make your own logos anyway and stick them on the hull of your ship like a uboat logo.
i mean all it would be is a small skin too upload too others like a skin in quake or unreal.
most sims today have this ability like sh or il2 and lots others.
i dont see any reason why this game cant do the same thing..
you know, the modem days are done. this is easly done these days..

It would just make fleet battles even worse so there would have to be a way to turn off this feature.

Its like setting ®Microsoft on an image you created with Paint 
Furthermore its an excellent idea, and badly needed, cuts 'n copies just aren't cool.

Not really. You could make it like turrets etc are atm. They wont need "loading" (Not with ammo, I mean ur actual computer) until you "Look At". Hence, never loaded, no lag??
I dunno. I'd like this feature too. Copy and pasting is indeed, not cool.

Here's an idea: charge a billion isk for each corp logo.
That will mean only the large or rich corps will do it, and it could mean a serious ISK drain.

If there are yo be any charges then the corporations opting for this should have to pay for the advertisements their logo would be revolving in on the billboards, you give a little to get a little...

But to answer your question Vicker, not a billion dollars, but patents aren't free, nor are bribes...I mean "campaign contributions". Lobbyists don't work for free, either, and without those, Nike wouldn't be able to get the laws rewritten to allow them to exploit third world labourers.
