Hackers are like cancer to any game imo. I agree, however people are also often regularly accused of cheating by people who are seriously lacking in skill. It would be unfair to ban people by popular opinion, instead you need a rigorous process in place to determine correctly and fairly if someone is actually cheating or not. People crying because they keep losing shouldn't have any input in the process.

He was never proven to have hacked; consequently, CCP never felt the need to ban his account. And if Monkeysphere being back hurts your morale, I would suggest keeping your Raven out of belts.
