Originally by: BORG 7OF9 As for who were involved, it was very confusing of who was on who's side but I did pick up on the Kheritsu , if thats how you spell it. They seem to be a growing force in the area.
Within the next 48 hours we aim to have a short announcement about the growing tensions in the Great Wildlands region. Until then all I can say is that it was a spectacular and bloodthirsty battle. Both sides showed exemplary conduct before, during and after the battle. |

... and no doubt you also were asleep during the massive fleet battle in E02 between our two factions in which your friends were totally outclassed... where were you then?
Dont worry friend, we have many friends that are ready to come and disrupt your night time candle lit mining sessions - and I guarantee it will not take much before your GW experience resembles that of your European team mates - running out of oxygen fast. |

Heh, Kheily, I have never heard such nonsence. Botox Bandits are NOTHING to do with Keiretsu - I nor any other Keiretsu leader has had anything to do with them. I did hear a Borox Bandit screaming in local one night that "I'm not going to leave ALTZ alone until i get what I'm owed!!!"
He then ptoceeded to say "Foundation, for your information, Botox Bandits and Keiretsu are friends..."
To which I replied... "Don't for one minute think you are big or clever by thinking you are aligned with Keiretsu in any way"
In short - Keiretsu have NOTHING to do with Botox Bandits.
YES, it was M.Corps Moros that opened fire first. I believe he was justified in doing so.
Note to Valentine Keen: Valentine... lay of the "When I was in M.Corp" posts, the situation has changed my friend. |

Yes the request NOT to install POS or strip mine was a verbal one on teamspeak when we hastily formed the NAP.
Baltafett, Drilla and I were present, anf your CEO Baltafett agreed to those terms.
But thats all history now. |

I'm aware of that, but a changing present does not give excuse for some to play down the contribution of these corps in the past or to use these forums to score cheap points.
Hehe Val, I thought that was what forums were all about cheap hits! j/k |

Edited by: Velios on 03/02/2005 16:23:09 Would you really consider working with Keiretsu ever again? For Keiretsu to work alongside Foundation the following things would need to transpire.
ò A balanced approach to the security and mining of GW By this I mean that ALL corps on either side would agree that there is a time for fighting, and a time for mining. During times of threat to the security of GW, ALL corps would have to step up and help defend!!! No corps would dismiss the threat while they carry on mining until the last possible second. Attitudes like this set a bad example to all, and promote a self serving, greedy and non-team based culture - that inevitably ends up in conflict between the honest and the greedy corps.
We at Keiretsu believe that the corner stone to any successful 0.0 Alliance is a strong military - that HAS to come first and it requires equal participation from ALL corps involved in any kind of co-operative effort.
THERE IS NO REASON WHY CORPORATIONS CANNOT LEND A HAND TO THE DEFENCE OF THE REGION AND STILL BE ABLE TO MINE / NPC - WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SUFFER CORPS THAT ONLY LOOK AFTER THEIR OWN WALLETS ABOVE THE SECURITY OF THE VERY SPACE THEY MAKE THEIR ISK FROM.
The Keiretsu hold this belief very strongly - Greedy, selfish and opportunistic corps would not be tolerated.
If we could have a pledge from ALL corps that wish to settle in the region that they could manage to follow the above simple rule then we would certainly be close to a resolve.
ò Official Lines of Communication between factions would need to open Foundation / Keiretsu would HAVE to be in permanent contact, monitoring traffic through the borders and helping each other to identify & deal with threats to security. During the last NAP, there was much so animosity between our factions... the peace was uneasy, and barriers were placed between effective communication - people just did not want it enough at the time I guess to make it work. The "Leaders" of both factions have no problem what so ever having sensible debate in teamspeak... it was the actions that followed (mass mining, unwillingness to co-operate on all levels) that cast doubt upon what had been very productive discussion.
We would need:
ò PERMANENT SHARED TEAMSPEAK (with all member corps present) ò SHARED IN-GAME CHANNEL
ò Allocation and co-operative management of resources Foundation and Keiretsu would HAVE to find a way to distribute the resources of GW more evenly, reducing pressure on certain key mineral systems. The management of these systems would also have to be controlled as a co-operative effort. This would be to the financial benefit of all.
Once again, I stress that the over-mining of ark-rich systems by individuals would be heavily disliked - we MUST learn to grow up and be sensible about things.
Ex-Fade Union corps need to look long and hard at why they failed last time. If it was because the very culture of ISK before DEFENCE then you should agree that it is time to toughen up and be ready to take arms with your fellow men - anything less is an insult.
edited because i did this [i] [/b] clever huh?

I think Neekol needs to not use an alt to say things like that. If he truly speaks from within the Keiretsu then he should show himself - there will be no problem. |

I for one enjoy battles, sagas and drama as much as the next man.. but those that know me will also know that I am always willing to listen and make compromises if they are truly for the greater good. Foundation know where to find me or any other Keiretsu leader if they are interested in re-opening dialogue. |

Well Hepatitis... I've encountered some ridiculous things that have been said to me in local at times as well... yet I would not hold grudges. I would fly with you no problem. |

Mchalin, your insistence on referring to Keiretsu as ****ZU destroys any credibility you might have had. Grow up. |
