My voucher code i received isnt leting me get past the https://secure.dust514.com/redeem screen.
I copy/ pasted it. tried lower case, no dashes, used spaces. No luck.
How do i fix this problem? |

Same problem with IE, Firefox and Safari (iPad). Loging into DUST Beta forums via PSN gives an internal server error: "Sorry, but an error occured while processing your request." |

I got in touch with the support. The alternative is to go to the PSN Store on your PS3 and redeem your code, download, install and wait till the next server schedule which is from Thursday to Sunday. |

Where do you do this exactly? I'm looking at the PSN Store and I see videos for Dust but no where to redeem a code or download the client.
I also get that error when trying to redeem a code at the Dust site to get a voucher. Tried everything, manually typing, no dashes, lower/upper case, different browsers.
EDIT== NVM, it's the little icon on the right side along the top. Next to the little magnifying glass.  |

I too have the same ****ing problem and very mad  I mean, my entire corp is haveing fun playing Dust 514 while Im on hold. Probaly becuase we live in anither coutnry like me in Peru? If thats the case bull**** racist I hope is not becuase there isn-¦t problem being in another country beside the U.S and Europe. |

It isn't being racist, that's YOUR local laws that are restricting what you're exposed to.
In this particular case, you contact [email protected] in a calm civil manner and they should be able to help you out as to the real reason your generic CCP code that is not region restricted is not working. |
