- For outposts and conquerable stations, I understand that it's a security/noobgrief concern to allow "-" in station names. However, it makes for really crappy tradeoffs in the naming of stations for those who prefer the system name at the beginning. So, add a checkbox to the UI: checking the box adds "System-Name - " (e.g. "FD-MLJ -") to the start of whatever name you type. If you're worried this will be complicated: do it purely on the client side. Yes, this opens a security hole, but given that anyone taking advantage of it must 1) own an outpost, and 2) change the setting via a hacked client on their director-level character, it's pretty darn easy to throw the banstick at them (and the amount of harm they can do is relatively minimal and very short-lived).
- Change the default ordering of sell orders in the details tab of the market interface. It should be by number of jumps (ascending), and then by price (also ascending). This way, the top result will always be the closest item, and if there is more than one order equidistant (or in the same station), the top result will be the cheapest amongst those. This makes the top line of the details tab correspond to the behavior of the groups tab in "station" mode.
- I want to find a shuttle. I don't care about what race it is. Put all the shuttles in a single market group. This will save me at least three clicks (or more, depending on how good my memory is) every time I buy a shuttle.
- Fix auto-reject so it's useful: I want to auto-reject chat/gang invites from enemies and neutrals. I am happy to get chat invites from friendlies. No, I don't want to have to keep my buddy list in perfect sync with a corp/alliance blue list in order to accomplish this.
- Make auto-targeters not suck.
- Provide some feedback during the reloading process for guns and launchersùperhaps re-use the spinning firing indicator thingy, but make it a different color?
- Reconsider the rule about not allowing non-ammo items in ships stored in a capital. I know why it was put in place, and I'm not arguing for a complete rollback, but perhaps let up to 5% or so of the available volume be non-ammo? Yes, this can be stretched, but even a blinged-out Itty V only gives you around 2,500 m3 to play with, which isn't nearly enough to unseat jump freighters as the hauler of choice. Alternately, make it a fixed amount per ship: 100 m3 or so would be more than sufficient, and even packed with frigs, a carrier wouldn't even manage to carry a GSC-worth in its SMA. Why is this needed? Off the top of my head: rigs, skillbooks, implants, joke items (alcohol, dancers, Pax Amarria), an extra drone (e.g. for an Ishkur fitted by someone with AS IV but flown by someone with AS V), a bit of liquid ozone for jump bridges, etc.
