Set ALL your POS's under access tab to "Config Starbase" including the "Take" portion.
If you'd like, you can give someone fuel technician, anchor a POS for them and set their pos to "Fuel Tech". They then can anchor their POS modules on their own. Now it's just a matter of giving them roles for "other" and that you've got an "insecure/newbie" tab on your POS hangars.
This in essence makes "Config Starbase" one of those.. Director only roles.
If the person asks for more roles because of "security purposes", tell him to anchor a GSC in a deep safe.
By setting the POS's "take" to Config Starbase, Fuel Tech's won't be able to remove fuel but they can still deposit.
To think that something this usefull could hide somewhere this awfull. It almost make me start thinking of reading CAOD on regular basis...
The best part about it...
After you have someone with config starbase anchor the tower, you can literally pass the job of anchoring the tower's modules to anyone in your corp. Furthermore, give everyone in your corp fuel tech so anyone can fuel the tower.
The role Fuel Tech is great for setting ship hangars as well as it can be used as a role you "mature" into within your corp. So, for people who don't mind living out of a POS, set the ship hangar to fuel tech so some newbie can't just come in and jack yer ships. Just use the "Access" tab on the tower as much to your advantage as possible. By default, ALL our towers have all their "Access" set to Config Starbase and we never give that role out. But fuel tech, pfft, I think half our corp has it. If they don't like hearing a POS scream, they can fuel it :)

Even after that he persisted so i told him you just lost your BPO's bro, i gave you a chance. Then the Nuke in his brain went off......
So if someone sends you a lot of mails and convo requests you get the right to steal their assets? Can you let me back into NOXOC then? I want to get in on this action!
You left you werent kicked and when you left i said your welcome back when ever.
Secondly, its not theft, it was collateral for him getting high end roles in corp. When he went Bat **** crazy i told him if he took his rant out side of our private convos (ours being him and directors) to the corp i wouldnt be very happy. Which he did, and i said bro stop or i will have to kick ya on the spot, at which point the ranting flooded over to alliance chat at that point i told him if he wanted to keep his BPO's he'd stop, he didnt so he didnt.
You pay for a flight and get rowdy before take off they take your ticket and rip it up and kick you off the plane.
Theft is when its undeserving and not expected. Neither of which is true
Bob, You is more patient than I would have been matey. I would have keep his Stuff. Told him to get out and arranged to have him killed and podded moving his stuff out. Just to explain why: 1. He planned to screw his mates 2. He planned to screw his alliance 3. He a dumb jackass for telling someone else what he was planning 4. Hell, Cos I would just enjoy podding him tbh. Bow Wow wow yippy ya yippy ya!!

Nah the planned asset heist was a troll. When you have an irrational dude in alliance dropping **** about HC conspiracies, crap about how everyone is against him, wants to steal his assets and so on, you cant reason with those kind of people using rational arguments, because they just don't listen and keep on going. So this thread was created to show Kelmac what happens when other people start playing his game, using his technique, against him, and how little you can do to counter it.

Bumping for fun and not to let it die... =D
On a side note, larger alliances that are subject to mass sovereignty warfare are not able to simply give the fuel tech role out to the general member base so easily because of the spy issue where if you are soon to be hit, the alliance hitting you can seed a character into your corp. Once that character gets the roles, he then goes around and takes note of the amount of strontium in each tower, along with tower size and if it the tower is standard (Amarr), faction (Sansha) or high faction (True Sansha). The attacker then knows the RF timer for any specific tower and can attack it at a time that has it coming out at a predetermined CTA time for maximum effect.

No one in the entire alliance saw the incident as a theft, in fact it is actually seen as an under-payment for having to be there, receive the mails, hear him on ts and witness him in every channel he had access to go beyond mad, beyond emo, beyond rage-quit status and all the way to Kelmad.
Kelmad is the new over the top mad that is to the point you should of tried to pod jump in real life to relieve the rest of the people who had to go threw the situation caused by the ungodly amounts of ignorance spewing from your keys and mouth.

We do our best to keep it full on stront with as many hardners we can fit while still keeping it defended to buy us as much time as possible. If we're lucky, we can get to the tower in under the 10 minutes a super blob can RF a tower in to try and get a good time of day. However, getting to that POS in that 10 minutes can sometimes be prohibitive. I wish there was a way to remotely set a timer if you catch it while its being hit. Fleets do a lot of DPS these days and just being at the POS while it is under attack requires a lot of alts :p.
These days, if someone is on a mission to RF a tower, it's going to get RF'd. It is Super Caps online. I think the last of our POS's that was hit got reinforced in under 5 minutes. I ran to it in an attempt to fix the timer, but couldn't get there in time. Maximum signature size is 24,000 bytes. Spitfire

**** roles, custom titles for everything is teh way to go.
If you're under 200, nvm giving big roles to more than 10 live players, and preferably the 'core' founding members.
