Why not just pull the rougher straw, give him back his stuff, and then simply go separate ways? It would strengthens the image of WI and relieve Kelmac here of a lot of angst. After that you never have to hear from each other again.

Because that would no longer be funny. And because Kelmac threatened the CEO in RL. And because now he's threatening to talk to a lawyer over someone saying accurate but mean things about him on an internet forum.
A guy like that deserves what he gets.

I am not arguing that Kelmac did not indeed put on a very ugly display, but it does seem like there might be some RL issues behind it on his part. I am not saying that anyone should let them believe that threatening and temperous behavior actually manages to let them get their way, but some people simply have trouble with social interaction, taking queues, and understanding what others are saying. Accordingly, when you hit them with something after repeated warnings, they go crazy because they never understood the gravity of the matter in the first place. Perhaps Kelmac is such a case?
