I seen that thread the other day and didn't post in it because it serves no purpose, and is full of the usual forum whiners / trolls. Your thread could never be accurate. The people who would reply to your thread are those who read the EVE forums, those who can be bothered with the GD forums and those who (for some reason) have the motivation to post in an arbitrary thread that has no impact whatsoever.
The OP asked a question, I provided another answer. He can choose whatever one he feels fits his needs.
