Edited by: DL SKELTON on 09/12/2010 16:09:05 am wondering how to tell what a ships fail fit is? i understand using a ship scanner, but doesn't that aggro if used?
As you can tell i am a noob.. but gotta learn somehow. A trade char looking to turn pirate
currently i fly an assult ship (gallente), but am looking to do wormhole piracy... is this a good ship for that or is a stealth bomber better??
to the people that just want to blast a noob in forums.. go somewhere else!! I am a noob, i understand that. Just looking to learn and humble myself enough to ask people that know. When i do learn all this good stuff, your blasting here will be your undoing out there |

Hi Skelton,
Yes, you must lock the target to scan the ship. But there is another nifty equipment called Passive Targeter (look up the description in game or in the wiki).
WH piracy ... uhm ... well, forget it. Even a C1 WH can support a battlecruiser and you will not stand a chance against an omni-fitted Drake.
A bomber needs good skills and tactics. You should try some roaaaaaming in low. Be prepared to loose ships en-masse :-)

Cane + SB
Any two BCs, assuming he isn't a brick Drake, in which case you're probably going to need 3 or 4.
