I'm absolutely appalled by the horrendous lack of support with Eveonline. So much so that I'm at the point of closing out my main and my alts. Does Eve really give two craps about its customers? I mean seriously? I don't understand how such a brilliant game can be developed and be followed up with a support group who can appear to give so little of a crap about its players that they don't even bother to read the tickets and give two craps about the players who PAY THERE SALARY. If I saw half the lack of ingenuity at my company I would fire the support agent on the spot. Yet that seems to be the standard here?
How does one cut through the mesh of crap technicians to get to someone who (A) will even read the ticket and (B) give enough crap to actually try and resolve it properly?
So sad is state of support in eve when the game crashes on a nightly basis causing ship loss and time/effort loss. I'm to the point where it is easier to just cancel my main account and my alts rather than deal with a support team who does not have the fortitude to do their job.

This is nightly where I the software glitches... This time it actually cost me a 40M ship. To CCP? This is not an abnormality? Does this happen to anyone else? I don't eve know why I bothered to create a thread. CCP doesn't give a **** about its people and they don't read these forums.

If you feel that your petition has been treated unfairly, you can ask for it to be escalated to a Senior GM. Sorry you're having technical issues, hope this helps, and that the problem gets sorted. Moving this to Issues, Workarounds and Localisation.

We all know the escalation procedure. How about you actually provide support instead of trying to look classy and efficient by reminding people about the escalation procedure in the forum?

I work in customer service and I'd have to say your the one person that I tell to go fly a kite all the while with a grin on my face. With the attitude you have and your approach to this situation I hope that Devs don't give you squat. Rather than being respectful and asking for advice you come on the forums and start spewing venom at CCP.
I for one hope they close your account for being such a douche....

Maybe if the ticket was taken care of properly forum posts wouldn't be necessary. With such quick prejudgement and an attitude as **** poor as yours you deserve to work in customer service.

It's more of your view of "The customer is always right" that ruins your outlook. People in your world need to remember who holds the power in disputes like this. You want something fixed that only CCP can fix. Does behaving like a 3 year old get you your way? Make enough noise and they might fix you in ways you don't want..
