I have been looking over the logs and can confirm the existence of these 6 characters.
Furthermore two are deformed and have an extra arm (probably because of Matari medical science) so if the "each arm" thingie counts it should really be +14 points. This is not verifiable in game as the current character portraits do show the arms. Yet another reason for why we need Incarna!!

Obviously. I didn't actually verify anything.
However, as I eluded to in my earlier post Matari genes are inferior.
That still stands. (Yes, I'm totally platforming on the Amarr vote  ).

How about some love for your fellow pod pilots who give countless hours to help this community in many ways unseen or heard of.
You have STAR: Helping new and old players alike in the Help Channel and Rookie Help Channel. Along with our Meet n' Greets for new players.
You have ECAID: (AKA the Bug Hunters) helping squashing the nasty pests that drive us all nutty.
You have YARR: Helping keeping that lovely Evelopedia up and going with lots of useful and helpful information
Mercury: Adding in some excellent fiction into the mix
IC: Helping keep everyone up to date with events happening around the EVE Universe.
So hey maybe there was an article by the IC or Mercury team you loved. Maybe you want to pleasure those who helped make the EVElopedia possible and keep it up to date. Or it might have been that helpful one in the help channel or in a meet and greet as a new pilot. The Bug Hunters work their butts off for all of you and have helped squash some serious bugs for all of our benefit.
Is this shameless promotion? Sure. But being a lead in the STAR, and spending my time helping and training new members in the ISD, I can say that some of these people deserve a little recognition and love as well for the hard work they all do as well.
