Also rattlesnakes and CNSs are terrible incursion ships.

In fact, the most remarkable thing about the start of incursions was the lvl 4 missions ships - thousands of them - strewn about. I refer to the wrecks of said ship. Heck I even left a dead duck (drake) out there myself so I writeth not from a high horse. This was the fun of incursions too: expensive lessons.
But since, those lessons learned, it would defy logic, and define insanity to ignore them.
I am adding Butthurtery to my vocabulary.

there is plenty of risk of being pvped, WT's in incursions can just as validly be destroyed as when they are sitting in a belt or doing a mission (only you have the possibilty of causing a total fleet loss if the WT is a logi) or they can be merely suicide ganked just as much too.
As for finding fleets im not sure what was going wrong for you, I personally was doing incursions with less than 2 months total gameplay under my belt, started in a harbinger with some t2 rest meta 4 junk before swapping to a hyperion in a meta 4 gun/t2rest fitting. Longest single wait i ever had was 4 hours but that happened once most days took 10 mins tops. Though its been over a month now since i ran a site, been training neglected skills and working towards a logi of my own.
Regarding bugs the worst i've encountered was the time i had full fleet bonuses in a squad with no leader, not sure how that managed to happen but it ended up me thinking "sweeet" till the squad leaders warped everyone and i was left in site |
