Awesome, only race i'm in good standing with. I told a few close friends and the entire caldari FW. That won't be a problem, will it? Most of them are gonna show up (buy drakes).

The pre-party in Inoue has started off with a bang. So far 101 capsuleers are in system. And games hosted by yours truly are being used to pass the time.
So far we have
- Made a conga line (20 ships +)
- Ratted the belts in rookie ships
- Suicide Ganked a hulk in rookie ships (mostly just me)
Which brings us to 3 minutes ago.

Note to self: Have node reinforced for next event. Over 1.1k players. New "Jita" is shaping up to be quite laggy.
PS: If CCP wants to gather some lag data, this might not a bad place to go right now.

Everyone who's whining.
Last event had 400 players show up.
Holiday Spirit thought there might be more this year and got 750 ships.
Thread hits Latest News. (unexpected, I think)
1300 players show up.
Holiday Spirit did everything he could. I know some of you couldn't get anything all, but it's not really his fault. He probably thought 600 people max would show up. Free stuff is often hard to hand out because people are normally warry so he probably thought the 750 ships was probably gonna leave him a lot of them behind from small attendance. It was a logistical problem, not a personal problem with him decieving anyone.
I'm sure if it is asked, at least a few people will come forward to say they recieved a ship and it was indeed free.

I probably still have it but i was there 6 hours before the event, then took a 2 hours break and came back to see "mini Jita" up to 1100 players.
