EVE Online: Incursion 1.0.2 has been deployed. This patch fixes, among other things, an issue displaying skill point values that prevented some players from updating their training queue or not getting a free neural remap on their characters.
EVE Online Incursion is being released in three parts. This is the second installment with the final release coming January 2011. The final release will include the character creator and Sansha incursion. Full details of this can be found in CCP Zulu's blog.

Originally by: Mara Abraham Greetings:
Using learning skills, I got to pick what attributes to train.
As of today, my characters still do not have the replacement attributes that I can put where I want to put them.
Please fix this serious mistake / bug.
Thank you.
Are you saying that you do not have a free neural remap available? You should see this information in your 'Attributes' tab.

Originally by: Arturo Theese As of today I'm still missing around 150,000 skill points. Gallente Industrial V was around 950k before Wednesday's patch; it was around 800k after the patch.
If you are missing skill points you should submit a petition under 'Reimbursement', 'Skills'.

Originally by: Angel MacBride I'm experiencing an unusual crash with EVE following the update to Incursion. Once the game loads up and I log in, the game causes some kind of lock up within 1-2 minuets of loading up. This results not only in EVE crashing but it takes my entire system with it.
System: Windows XP Dual Core Processor Nvidia 9400 Graphics Card 2 Gigs of RAM
I have used this computer for years on EVE without a single issue. But since Incursion was introduced I have had this issue ever since. However it stopped after the first micro-update after the first wave of Incursion was released. But with the second wave release it is back.
I have tried updating my Drivers, re-downloading the Client, and setting all the graphics to minimum. Nothing has prevented the total system crash.
I have tried EVE on a laptop which doesn't have half the capabilities of my desktop computer and it runs just fine. However the Laptop is running Windows 7. Could this somehow be related to it being a 64 bit system?
Please Help.
Have you tried running the repair tool?

Originally by: Kyorinkai I have yet to be given any free remap on this character while the first character on my account (with a whopping 132,000 SP) has been given the initial +3. I hope I too can enjoy this present sometime soon.
Originally by: Lyris Nairn Edited by: Lyris Nairn on 17/12/2010 02:17:02 The patch seems to have broken my skill queue.
No matter what I do in regards to skill training, I constantly am shown on my Character Sheet as training the skill Standard Missiles to Level 4; and, the Skill Points shown for this skill is a negative integer that is constantly becoming larger no matter what I do.
My training queue window properly shows whatever skill I select to train; but, I cannot pause training on Standard Missiles by any means I have attempted. If I hit the pause button on the training queue window, the skill that I am training pauses properly but I still continue to accrue negative Skill Points in the skill Standard Missiles. Selecting "Pause Training" on the skill Standard Missiles from my Character Sheet does not stop this. Adding the skill to my training queue and then selecting "Pause" also does not stop this. If at any time I attempt to pause training, I cannot just hit "Apply" on the training queue to resume training; I must instead select "Train Now to Level X" from the main Character Sheet in order to resume training; when this is done, I am reminded (every time) that I am presently training Standard Missiles to Level 4 and asked if I want to switch training from Standard Missiles to the new skill. Because the skill Standard Missiles is constantly accumulating Skill Points, I cannot allocate my refunded Skill Points from my learning skills.
I am using the PC client. I am running Windows 7. I have cleared my cache and settings twice now, once via the in-game option and once out-of-game by following the instructions on the Wiki. I have a petition open about this issue and all I've been told so far is that it is likely a display issue.
I have properly been given a free neural remap; but, the skill queue problem remains.
Edit: I tried using the Repair utility; problem remains. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EVE client; problem remains.
Could you (and everyone with similar problems) please file petitions so our GMs can investigate and help you resolve these issues?
