EVE Online: Incursion 1.0.2 has been deployed. This patch fixes, among other things, an issue displaying skill point values that prevented some players from updating their training queue or not getting a free neural remap on their characters.
EVE Online Incursion is being released in three parts. This is the second installment with the final release coming January 2011. The final release will include the character creator and Sansha incursion. Full details of this can be found in CCP Zulu's blog.
When reporting issues, please specify which client you are using (Mac or PC). For general feedback, please use this thread.

It's a bit OT, but: Hook the two together and copy the installation directory over to your PC? You can also use an USB stick if you do not have a local network.

did i misunderstood the fact that the default attributes would be 20-20-20-20-19? all attributes are stikk 17-17-17-17-17 ,so the current remap has no use ?

Greetings:
Using learning skills, I got to pick what attributes to train.
As of today, my characters still do not have the replacement attributes that I can put where I want to put them.
Please fix this serious mistake / bug.
Thank you.

As of today I'm still missing around 150,000 skill points. Gallente Industrial V was around 950k before Wednesday's patch; it was around 800k after the patch.

Your base says 17, but what does the remap screen say that your attributes are? Post a screenshot to show us. You do not get "extra free" attributes that are not already mapped. You will need to press re-map, and then move them from one attribute to another.

Are you saying that you do not have a free neural remap available? You should see this information in your 'Attributes' tab.

if you are missing a character on your account then you should submit a petition and let the Game Masters investigate that for you.

Yes. You misinterpreted it. I'm sure Tippia will be along soon, but just in case:

You should be able to remap some of those, for instance, I've remapped to 24/17/17/17/24 (without implants).
Post your Neural remapping screen and we should be able to see what's going on.

Originally by: Khi3l I can confirm than now, my base attributes are all 17 ... What about 20/20/19/20/20 as in the DevBlog ? 14 attributes points not given with the patch ...
Your attributes total will be 99 attributes which have a base of 17/17/17/17/17. You will have a free neural remap available which allows you to remap 14 points as you see fit so you can have 20/20/20/20/19.
Please note you can assign attributes as you see fit up to a maximum of 27 in one attribute. Implants will, of course, stack on top of this.
so i misunderstand this? 17-17-17-17-17 and 14 to remap? where are the 14 to remap then? i didn,t get them

This happened to me during the Sisi testing. I lost 200k SP from an already trained skill but that lost SP got reallocated to the stack of reusable SP. Check to see if your unallocated SP is equal to your learning SP + 150k.

I did not get the extra remap on either of my accounts. They both had 2 remaps before the patch and still have 2 after the patches.

Using the Windows client, every single patch I've applied so far I've had to copy to my C: drive before the patch would actually apply. The drive I run all my games from, D:, is a 4 terabyte raid array. When your patcher tries to calculate the amount of free space it coughs up an error about "NOT_ENOUGH_SPACE" and the patch fails.
I reported this same error maybe 6 months ago and your response was "You're just too much for us". Thanks for the humor. How about about actually fixing it?
Considering that single hard drives are already halfway to 4 terabytes in size this should be fixed before people without adequate technical knowledge start seeing this and don't know what to do.

Still no free remap for me. Instead what happened was that the regular remap I was supposed to have sometime early/middle next year was moved up to now. Which, in my book, does not a free remap make.
I petitioned this under "Reimbursement - Skills & Clones," my apologies if that is the wrong section.
