sorry im new to the forum i diden really know where to post this but anyway on with the Q. is there any way of decreasing the time taken from "when you tell your ship to wap till your out of harms way (ie in warp tunnel)" i know that aligning would help. but are there any skills or modules on the market? thanks

Any skill (Navigation for example) or item (such as inertial stabilizers) which increases your agility will help with this.

Navigation itself does not help. Evasive maneuvering does however.
Increasing top speed does in itself neither help nor work against timw to warp. Nanos, polycarbons and such that aid both agility and top speed do of course help but only thanks to the agility portion of it. Parrots, commence!

Spaceship Command and Evasive Maneuvering are skills that help sub-caps align faster.
Intertia Stabilizers are lowslot modules that give the best agility, but also bloom your sig radius. Nanofiber Internal Structures give less agility, but also give you a speed bonus that's handy sometimes.
There are rigs that help, but their names escape me at the moment.

Low Friction Nozzle Joints and Polycarbon Engine Housing rigs. The first is purely an agility bonus. The second one gives both an agility and a top speed bonus, but both bonuses are lower than that given by a rig dedicated to just one or the other.
There's also some implants that help with agility, and a trick that is of limited use. Assuming you're at a dead stop, once you tell your ship to warp, you can turn a microwarp drive on and back off again. 10 seconds later, when the MWD turns off, you'll be well above the speed needed to enter warp and thus in warp immediately. This is only useful if you're in a ship that takes longer than 10 seconds to warp. It's of questionable benefit in most battleships (will shave off 3-4 seconds typically, which might or might not make a difference depending on circumstances at the time) but is HUGELY beneficial when dealing with an Orca. ______________________________________________________ Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you? |

To clarify, a lesser agility bonus, but still better than without them. |

You can also use active modules to increase warp time on some ships, but this requires knowing the warp mechanic and playing with your max velocity. You jump into warp once your aligned (agility helps increase time to turn around and align) and then moving 90% your max velocity there are ways to change your max velocity to get you to the 90% mark faster.
For slow ships you can use a MWD (or AB), run it for one cycle. It will speed up your acceleration, once the cycle ends your max velocity drops but your current velocity stays the same. In some cases this is enough to throw you into warp right as the cycle ends since the current velocity is higher than 90% your max velocity with out the MWD/AB on. Due to the speed of the MWD its better for this (though you have to think about cycle time to).
Another way I've heard to get orcas/freighters (an probably other slow to warp ships) to warp faster is via a corp mate. Once you start to warp, your corp mate targets and webs you. The web pulls your max velocity down to make it much faster to hit the 90% mark at which time you will jump into warp.
These are just other alternatives to just increasing agility by fitting modules, skills, implants, fleet bonus, etc.

<3 Nomad implants. Huge reduction in align time, but cost over 3bil last I saw.

I wonder if the OP is trying to warp off before being locked or just wants an improved time into warp.
If the OP is looking at warping off before being locked then they have to weight up the increased signature radius from i-stabs against their agility bonus.
