The guy who approves the Apps is out of town or busy, but you are, A go do dock at the POS. Every mmorpg I've played the biggest guilds/corps/alliances always get the most carebear applicants, and if they're scamming the most gullible then good for them. Not to say that goons haven't turned into a carebear alliance, but that happens to every big corp/alliance eventually so whatever.
