Lets play spot the moron. Anyone can be a moron. Lets say for example someone who reduces cultural identity to a series of memes picked up from poorly understood social cues.
Since you are obviously a European, lets just break this down for you. We are all the same. This person obviously comes from some kind of sheltered home life and is obviously either very young or very old.
Why not speak to some Americans and get an idea about what we are like and stop letting Big Brother tell you who we are.
Also, America destroyed the economy of the entire planet single-handedly. Can your tiny European stink hole do that? Didnt think so.

The only time I see bans is when you interact with GMs in game characters.

3 days ban wouldnt be RMT'ing i dont think, most probably threats or constant abuse or griefing in noob systems, for instance, i know a guy that received a 3 day ban for repeatedly linking meatspin dot com.

No idea where this is coming from but it is incorrect. None of the characters I ever petitioned for RL threats were banned for even 1 day.
One of the most infamous life-bans was Ginger Magician, for a RL threat.

Locked as warnings and bans are not to be discussed on the forums. Our best advice is for your friend to wait for a GM to respond to their petition. Check the petition to see if it's filed under the correct category. If something was filed incorrectly it may take additional time for a GM to review their petition.
