I'd recommend: Indie Heavy Hitters Pack Indie Mix Pack Titan Quest I'm pondering whether to get Mass Effect 2 but I didn't get far with ME1 -I fear I don't have the time/patience for it. What are your thoughts?

WAIT FOR THE DAILY DEALS. Yeah some games are like 25% off, but this sale goes onto the 4th and chances are they'll drop to 80% off. Lots of great (and not so great) games on sale here. If you don't get the Indie Fright pack, you're stupid. aka get The Void.

I picked up the Indie Flight Pack the other day and have been playing a lot of Gratuitous Space Battles. Seeing as the entire pack was the same as the sale price of just the one game, it was well worth it. Except for the Heavy Hitters, all the Indie Packs are 1 dollar a game, well worth it from the ones I've played before. The other package deals are worth taking a look at too, I will probably pick up the Valve pack. Edit: The indie packs are from 82 percent to 92 percent off regular pricing, and the other packages are near 80 percent off for the most part.

Jhagiti Tyran	Posted - 2010.12.26 02:57:00 - [12] I would recommend Oddworld strangers wrath, its an older game so the graphics are a little dated but the game play is very cool and a hybrid FPS and third person fist em up where you play as a bounty hunter that has to attempt to bring some of its targets in alive which complicates the missions. Its a great mix of action, stealth and combat with a really unique setting and a bonkers world anyone who played the Abes oddysee games would understand, if you fancy something a bit different from the usual stuff its well worth the money.

Its a little unpolished but knew that going in but happy with the sale price and has kept me amused for several hours now. Grabbed Overlord pack, Witcher, Simcity 4, and Gothic pack... really just wanted 1-3 but Steam has this way of discounting to make me buy extra stuff Might do little more shopping as the sale wraps up but as it is now have more games than time to play them.

And the best part: I can sexually harass my Yeoman (just like I already do in Mass Effect 2. Wonder what Cerberus HR would do if she didn't respond positively to it )
