I made the nanoribbons, but the rocket fuel didn't melt them. Should I use enriched uranium? Maybe jettison them in space and shoot them with a laser? I'm running out of ideas here. This PI stuff is really hard.

This PI stuff is really hard. Melted nanoribbons are gotten from wormholes by attacking the new NPC enemies known as "The Sleepers". Simple idea. You got the shoot with a laser part right though

Now after salvaging sites we're getting a lot of sites with none or one nanoribbon. This was never happing 6 months ago. Sometimes I'd salvage 10 or more in a site, now the most i'll get is 5 or 6. The amount I'm salvaging now might be half what I used to get. So if you don't live in a wh don't say the drop rates are not less than what they used to be, it's obvious that it's a lot less now.

I refer instead to the deeper problem of RNG nerfing which affects anything allegedly chanced based. After each patch there are less and less successful inventions, awesome faction loot dropped in exploration sites, and of course, melted nanoribbons. It is clear that CCP put a pathological AI which hates life in charge of RNG. With each patch, the AI becomes more knowledgeable and cunning while its insults to CCP's loyal player base become more cruel yet refined. That run of 0 of 10 inventions which you were desperate gambling on or picking up just one nanoribbon while your foes in local pick up ten, these are tortures designed to mess up your day and crush your dreams and ambitions. The AI harvests these tears for its dark work.

I made this a little notepad stuff just to check how is the dropping, now you can see, aprox 2 nanoribons per site, which normaly been like 5-7, there is only 1 drop of 11 in one plex [WOWZ] and thats all.. so now its like belt ratting ;x no worth of risk. Also, your sample is a bit small. I had 20 invent jobs fail in a row the other day but that doesn't mean invention has been nerfed.
