Unlucky ollie - but the guys are correct - better to be dead now than later.

pirates play there uses u will see when u are more expirenced - eve is all about not knowing whats round the corner.
i understand pirates are part of the game - but killing off noobs isn't what i would call part of the game i would call it lame
But hey its all abit of fun and theres always people to help u out.

I remember my first run in with a  . I waited in empire for ages. Building my skills and isk then I bought my first interceptor. I entered into a 0.3 system and was instantly attacked by a kestrel. So I gave him a lesson in ship recognition 101. It ain't no condor and its got duel mwd.

Hello all ...
just a few points..
1st.
Just got to say .. how are you suppose to distinguish between a noob and a noob alt carrying 20 bpo's in a frigate ??.. best kill iv had in 3 weeks was off a shuttle !.
2nd.
Can you convo me and let me know next time a fleets comming to get me so I can sit in a safe spot and lot look so scared .. I probably logged off and went to bed. Never Noticed a fleet tbh...
3rd.
Dont you think I like to kill ravens with 6xArbalest launchers to sell ???... What are you suppose to do .. Sit there bored and let everyone past ???... If your in 0.4 or bellow your a target ..
4th.
No Spoilers or Griefing .. Funniest post I seen for a while ...

Hello Oliie, I'm sorry to hear about your loss, but you run a great risk in .4 and below. I know because I suffered the same fate when I first started playing. Many new players think that they are OK as long as they don't go into 0.0. There are many things that you can learn to help prevent being Murdered like use of the Star Map. This will show "Pods Killed" "Ships Killed" in last hour or 24 hours, and show the number of Pilots in Space, etc. in systems.
I hate to see any new players leave, and maybe you will give staying a second thought. If you need any help in game just Eve Mail me, and I'll try to help the best that I can. The Eve Universe changes so much, that you will find yourself learning new things daily. Which is why this game is so extraordinary.
In the meantime FlySafe.

bro, look at it this way, if he wacks you, you got nothing too lose.
nows the time too explore eve. when your in a free ship and have no implants. so get out their and dont care.
i would send you some isk but this has been a very bad week in eve for me.. wait till you lose two ravens in a week then come back and cry..

Firstly - thank you for all the responses. I was expecting to get destroyed. Wow!
Secondly - someone sent me some ISK (some is an understatement). I just want to say thank-you so much - it is really completely un-needed and I can't tell you how guilty I feel having that money. This post was not to create pity!! If you are a N00B like me and you need the money back please tell me. I don't know if sending it back to you is rude - so for now I say 'thanks' instead. Please be honest and tell me if you want it back!!!
So yeah, thanks again everyone.
Dave - really nice to see you picked up on the thread. I know pirating is part and parcel of this game, so please take my comments light heartedly.
I will be putting my trusty 'ol credit card against my profile tonight. You've all inspired me to stay (1 evil for 10 good - great ratio!). May there be many more killings to come!!!

Well, one think I still don't get is that how on earth you got my CAPSULE before my ship? I got my capsule mail 0.01 second before ship message
