This is where you should had think before starting this thread and seeing that the problem is not the ship, the mods, the sub systems, its the PLAYER!
Just think a little... If he lagged out so much time that his session expired(>1 minute) then he would had this problem with any ship and any fit possible, coz he will always decloak while grid was not loaded. Get a new PC/better connection.
If he didn't had a massive lag(< 1 minute) then he would not get decloaked by the cans. Worst scenario and I bet this was what happened, he decloaked and tried to warp out at same time he it the cloak but couldn't cloak coz of cans! Bad luck for it but again, any ship would had the same problem... Hit MWD and run to gate!

Anything more than 6 cans on a bubble is classed as an exploit, the same as bubbling a gate with more than 6 drag bubbles.
This has been mentioned many times and many people have been petitioned for it.

I have asked a GM this directly and he/she confirmed that. Up to 6 is OK, over that it's considered spamming. ------------

False. The subsystems perform their intended function. The interdiction nullifier subsystem makes you immune to warp disruption bubbles. The covert ops cloak allows your ship to cloak, and be unable to be targeted. However, normal game mechanics still apply, i.e. you may not activate a cloaking device within 2,000m of another object.
As previously stated, it is considered an exploit to drop so many cans that loading the grid is (nearly) impossible.

I don't understand how I.N. sub and decloaking cans are connected with each other.
Flying a ship with covops cloak your objective #1 is not to be decloaked. You need to have special overview with biomass, drones, wrecks, large collidable objects in order not to fail at re-cloaking after gate cloak. And don't do inline warps, as it was already said. If you fail to do this - don't complain.
If you died coz of lag caused by mass of intentionally abandoned drones - have a talk with CCP support, that's an exloit as far as I know.
