Chelm Soran is the biggest sansha out there, very lucky to ever see it let alone kill it. :)
Rules:

Chelm's Modified Dual Heavy Beam Laser- Range 42km, 3x Damage Mod, 7.20 sec RoF, .0175 rad/sec tracking speed, 12km fall off, 28 Energy cost, 36 CPU/1925 PG.
Starting Bid - 50 mil isk
Increments - 5 mil isk
True Sansha Capacitor Power Relay- 25% cap recharge rate bonus, 4 CPU.
Starting Bid - 15 mil isk
Bid Increments - 1 mil isk
