Ok so this does all anoms without even thinking about it. Takes in around 20 mill per wallet update. Looks a little expensive but the amps are really cheap. Think the whole thing cost about 1.2bill. Replace the TP for a DG boost amp and you have a tengu that can do everything upto 8/10 solo with ease. I think it would also be able to do higher but most of those plex's have neut battery's or citadel torp launchers.
Oh and obviously this is for vs guristas.

Seems like all the Rigs listed in these builds are rigors. Is the Calefaction Cat any good? (10% missle damage) or are the Rigors better somehow? Are they better for cruise missles as well? |

I invoke the power of Liang...
Rigors help you by better applying the dps your missiles do against smaller targets, such as frigates and cruisers.
"This ship modification is designed to decrease the signature radius factor for missile explosions at the expense of increased CPU requirements for launchers."
Especially useful if for the use of t2 fury ammo, wich you SHOULD have on the Tengu, against almost any enemy.

All this fits are overtanked/expensive.
T2 Med SB T2 SB Amp 2x T2 Hardener T2 AB
and your fine doing every guristas **** out there except 8/10 and 10/10.
In Sanctums this fit is also much overtanked. on a normal ring sanctum i dont even have to put SB on. Only in large havens i have to take SB on more than 5 cycles (because of teh webs).

Rigor rigs reduce the explosion radius of your guided missiles, effectively given you better damage application against targets.

I was able to run the Gurista 8/10 with a cap stable Tengu, using only 2 gistii b-type small shield boosters. They're not cheap( last time i bought a pair that was 80 million), but if you keep your speed up, you'll be able to tank anything sanctums throw at you. Invest in a faction afterburner and you can skim it down to just ONE small shield booster(it's probably overtanked with two).
Tengus rule.

Can confirm that Tengu tanks all but those jumboTorpedo and/or neutralizer Guristas encounters with only one deadspace small shield booster, especially if you fit it for kinetic resistance + shield boost amp + T2/faction AB. Even a Pithi C-type would do... it's the combination of signature radius, resistance and speed that keeps your shields up.
Webbers negate speed, but you will only have at most a couple webbers on you at any given time, who will be vaporized long before you get in any sort of trouble (if ever, since a lot of times I could sit perfectly still with a stable shield , I mostly kill them first because they tend to scram as well and ability to GTFO at any moment is nice in anything below 0.5 space)
You notice the significance of sig+speed tank especially well in the last room of the 8/10 Guristas complex, where the most dangerous ships are the battlecruisers (which you can two-volley with nice fit+skills). I never go below 90% shields there.
As far as Guristas is concerned, this thing is the last word on agile PvE'ing.
