I'm trying to understand the spectrum of corp capabilities and classify them. The reason for this is to give the smaller folks an idea on how they compare to the big boys. This will enable us smaller entities to understand what we need to achieve to become "better".

For example, here are some standard capabilities. Using these questions, what answer would you give to determine how a corp fits into various buckets. If we use 4 buckets, low would be represent the low end corps, medium would represent presumably most Alliance corps, high would represent the top end alliance corps, and ultra-high would represent corps that had capabilities greater than a large number of alliances.

Low <20, medium <100, large <1000, ultra-high >1000?

-Max possible fleet size during "prime-time".

Low <5, medium <20, large <75, ultra-high >75?

-Average pilots logged in during "prime-time"

Low <100M, medium <1B, large <1000B, ultra-high >1000B?

-Number of capital pilots.

-Time zone coverage.

Low 4 hours/day coverage, medium 8 hours/day coverage, large 16 hours/day coverage, ultra-high 23x7 coverage

-Number of jump freighter pilots/alts

Low 0, medium 1, large <5, ultra-high >5?

-Number of freighter pilots/alts

Low 0, medium <10, large <20, ultra-high >20?

-Number of BPOs

Low 0, medium <100, large <1000, ultra-high every T1 BPO in game?

-Number of capital manufacturers

-Corp ship replacement

Low none, medium T1 ships @mineral cost, large free T1 ships, ultra-high free T1/T2 ships?

-Communications/Forums/etc (out-of game)

Low forums-only, medium forums+voice(vent/TS/etc), large forums+voice with API integration, ultra-high integrated forums+voice+wiki+IRC/chat+web-services (automated member shopping/POS maint/etc) with API integration?

Fleet composition

Low "whatever people have", medium "loose guidelines", high "exact standard fittings across all races", ultra-high "we all fly the exact same ships for a given fleet (ie single race drake+scimi/zealot+guardian/etc)"?

Number of FCs

Low 1, medium <5, large <20, ultra-high >20?
