Isn't is also possible that you had enough for the purchase but not enough for the service charge/taxes??? |

As you can see I had enough money - I tried to transfer all isk I had from my own account to a friend ... so the isk was mine.

I think you still need some isk transfer charge in addition to the amount you wish to transfer, can't transfer it all.
I think some of the readers missed that "your money" was actually the same as the "needed money" in your screeny.

you can transfer all of your money but .01 isk or whatever the smallest amount of isk you have. since your just giving money to a friend thier is no fees
