Allow me to explain: The current cyno jump sound is a wimpy, pathetic squeak uttered from tiniest and cutest of kittens. This needs to change. After the handsome and captivating reception of the Quantum Rise and Incursion trailers I've decided to craft from the Steels of Epicness two new cyno jump sounds, which MUST replace the current ones. These new, incredible cyno sounds are the ultimate in gentlemanliness and excellence. I implore you, most fantastic and brave EVE community: We must unite and change the cyno jump sound. We must change the submissive and inadequate "voom" to either "CYYYYYYYYYNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO-OOOOOOOO-OOOOO" or "Military experts are calling this a cynosural field" Each time a ship completes a cynosural jump I want my eardrums to burst in happiness, as the sound resonates across the entire EVE universe. Rather than conforming to Hello Kitty's cruel dictatorship of outclassing EVE hardcore nature, I've created two new cynosural sounds from the depth of my soul and two simulations of multiple cynosural jumps occurring at once. I've uploaded the new masculine, enchanting and handsome cyno noises to a sound hosting site, and you can find the inspiring links below. These first two cyno sounds are based off the exceptional Quantum Rise trailer, where the male reporter says the captivating, admirable and brilliantly written "Military experts are calling this a cynosural field". With the utmost of precision and care I've painstakingly extracted the sound from the trailer, and you can find it just below. The other mp3 incredibly and marvellously entitled "Many Military Experts" is a carefully calculated simulation of multiple cynos being used almost simultaneously. The resulting sound is glorious and holy. "Militar-mil-perts-ex-ex-experts-are-are-are-ca-call-military-call-cyno-calling-this-a-military-experts-are-cynosural-field". Upon creating such a heavenly choir I was knocked unconscious for three days. I awaken now, and must pass this sound on to the most intelligent, selfless, brave, empathetic, remarkable, all-encompassing EVE community. Upon hearing this for the first time I immediately fell off my chair and staggered back to a wall behind me, breathing heavily from the pure and thrilling sound. After the difficult work of many months, I've perfectly simulated what multiple "CYYYNNOOOO-OO-OOOO!!" jumps within a short time will sound like. The result has exceeded my expectations, and is the greatest sound which has or ever will be heard. Therefore I propose two different alternative versions: 1. Change the cyno sound to something that sounds like 100.000 people saying "***". //edith: what, exactly, is wrong with the word "whop" (without the h)? Random much? 2. Change it to something that sounds like pitched down version of a soap bubble bursting, or whichever sound sound whose resulting onomatopoeia reads like "blub" or "blob".
