Malicious Destruction has Three openings for Incursion Operations.
We field shield tank fleets, and have most Vanguard Class sites on farm status. To push farther, we are looking for damage dealers.
Must have mic and use Vent. English is our spoken language. Must be able to load SiSi and log practice time with us.
Characters of any skill level can be useful, but Ideal candidates will be able to fly Drakes and have Shield Emissions 4 trained.

Update to include ALL Vanguard sites on Farm.

So far Vanguard sites have become trivial. We are down to about 10 min completion times per site.
As Assault sites are quite a big jump up from Vanguards, needs have changed to require more pilots than we originally anticipated.
So, I'm bringing the post back up from page 8 to see if we can get a couple more pilots to join us.

We decided to take the night off and kill some liver cells instead of fielding ops last night, so there is nothing to report.
However I am networking out to other corps that also plan to do incursions in a spirit of cooperation. If you are a CEO or Diplomat of a corp that wishes to work together to fight Sanshas, feel free to reply or Open convo.

Well, I think I've got all the new recruits that I'm willing to take in for the moment. So I'm not going to bump this post any longer.
I want to thank all the people that have shown interest in this and have contacted me in game. I've made some good Blue contacts from this to be sure.
Feel free to chat me up with any Incursion related questions. I've certainly learned quite a few things and don't mind sharing that info. Just don't be too surprised if I seem distracted. There be busy times ahead

It's getting about that time, so I figured I would bring this to the top for a couple days, and give any takers a chance to jump on board.
Have been taking it easy for the last week or so getting to know the new people and handling corps duties, so not much to report from SiSI.

Bringing this back up to the top for the Big Day!
Vanguard class sites are on easy mode.
Completed our first Assault site today! Even did it short-manned (10 pilots)
Still could use a couple more people in order to get the assault to a good completion speed.
We are especially interested in Minmatar pilots. (we need snipers)
So if Incursions are your thing, chat me up and get on board!

At this time, due to popular response, I must start limiting the applicant somewhat.

and also Logistics Pilots of either Caldari or Minmatar skill sets.

we're still looking for a couple more pilots to round out our roster.
Primarily we are looking for Logi pilots, (Basi or Scimi will be fine)
Once we fill these couple slots, we'll be able to start opening recruitment up for alot more.

Was able to pick up a couple more good Logi pilots yesterday, so am able to lift the restrictions on our recruiting.
So at the moment our only real requirements are that you fly shield tanks, and can do voice coms.

Since there are no Incursions happening nearby, we are going to be doing some practice ops on SiSi. This is a great time for anyone interested to come by for a risk free look into what we're about. So chat me up and have a look!
**Also, I'm starting to get interest from people who care only about ISK/Hour rewards of these ops. Please don't bother me if that is what your looking for.
That's really not what we're about. We intend to be the corp that completes the highest difficulty sites consistently, not cheese farm the lowbie sites for ISK.

2/3rds of the assault sites are pretty much farmable for us now. the one where you have to split fleets we may not even bother with.

these fleets for only your corp or can none corp members get into the fleets? i'm happy with the corp i'm in but hate trying to find fleets when the incursions arise it's such a pain...

we really enjoy the solidarity and cohesion of running these sites as a corp. Between that and the obvious Concord issue, it has been a long standing requirnment to run corp only fleets.
Although, when Tuesdays patch hits, we may be able to work in trusted friends and tryout runs for people.
But make no mistake, we run as a group, so the people we around us are going to be people that want to group with us consistently.
You should chat me up in convo next time your on. and we can discuss this further.

I had to take a small break from recruiting and let my corporate management skills catch up. I did not expect to grow so quickly!

Been running with this guys for a few weeks. Great Synergy. Teamwork. Its a great corp focused around team play and Incursions.
Got PVP pros and Carebear pros. Great mixture of experience and knowledge with some fresh new players too. Great just to hang out and get advice and not get trolled to oblivion.
They don't care who or where your other characters are. Just don't bring the drama here. Running Assault and Vanguard sites easily. I love it here. No pressure but they always manage to get stuff done.
