Shouldn't this be relayed in some official stance to the corporation via an evemail to the CEO, funny I don't see anything in my in box.
I think the 2% refine tax helping Shinra is a little thin on the ground for a reason to place us on KOS. Oh they must be RAKING it in with all that ore I see being hauled in and out all day. Jeez!

I promise you Tiberius that Delve is off limits to neutral corps. We were on the PBL Whitelist and had to pay the Fountain Pass of 5 Million a day to travel through that space. So it was a case of PB is in fact free space but to get to it you had to pay a toll.
Even if you helped in the defence of the region this fee wasnt waived. The only ones to get the free pass through Delve was actual members of PBL and not PB residents not even those on the whitelist. And for a while now their recruiting programme has been closed so no could benefit from this FA gesture.
May I make another point, it is common knowledge that Whitelisted corps had no obligation to help out in the defence of Period Basis and would not receive any guarantee that they would be protected if they did assist in protective duties. This was posted on the official PBL forums :
You are correct that Whitelisted Corps should try to help defend Period Basis for all our benefit and it will certainly be noted that you help us. There is currently no obligation upon them to do this - and no obligation on PBL to defend such corps.
Nuff said I think.

Noted, Shinra are a seperate entity indeed. Good luck to VOTF in setting up your new alliance.

Originally by: berge as i said before the pipe is clear and free... btw the pipe means not in QDF space. As for not having bookmarks for the pipe is your problem...
I have read all the posts, and i ask you again have you talk to PBL? asking them a fair solution too? All i know is that you have made a NAp with shinra and now you are expecting the rest to fill in as you think the PBL would consider you NAP because your whitelisted status.
As for me not answering all your question is only a decent manner of staying out of things that are not my competence.
Oh dude you are really starting to get on my whick, we DO have bookmarks, you only need to be seen in local to get a convo form an FA officer and it is DELVE that is closed to non PBL corps unless you buy a pass. And that is a fact so drop the subject now. I have mails from TornSoul himself stating this. We were promised a residents pass but it never cam about, so only PBL corps got a free ride and the rest of us INCLUDING whitelisted corps had to buy Fountain Pass to travel through delve. Now go and shine TornSouls boots like a good little boy. Oh and yes I did speak to Jona Mae before accepting Shinra's offer and nothing was said about being KOS, she simply stated that PBL were in fact crushed, I could say more but I wont I respect Jona and the privacy of our convo.
Safe flyin' to all....

Just as a footnote, I have now a lot of admiration for Shinra, on the day we agreed the NAP, I went into TPAR and took out an NPC mining op in my BS and then nipped back to the station and returned in a hauler to go and pick up the mins, everything was great until another load of NPC rats spawned killing my hauler. I returned to the station with my tail between my legs in a capsule, just before docking no less than three different Shinra people convo'd me to see if I was ok and if I needed any help. To me their actions speak a thousand words.
They have flawlessly adhered to the NAP, I have not even been the subject of a mistaken lock on. I do not believe that they intend to be here for ever but will not be going anywhere until the job is done and then can start to rebuild the area into the hustling bustling community it once was. Even if Shinra do stay in the area from what they have shown us in these past couple of days I certainly wouldnt object to them sticking around.
