lol you crush them? nice :P
I like getting really long noodles.
I put in 2 packs with only one pack of favor. Then before they are too soft, I drain all the broth, and put them in a pan, throw in my toasted sesame oil and sesame paste, fry it up, nom nom nom, add veggies, some times fry up some tuna too, and NOM NOM NOM

2 packs, one pack seasoning, drain when soft, then sprinkle bowl with a little bit (not much!) of the second pack of seasoning. I'm usually too lazy to add meat and veggies.

Girlfriend method:
- Fill plastic cup with water - Put noodles in cup - Microwave in high 5 or 6 minutes - Drain water from cup - Pour seasoning, stir - Serve
My method:
- Fill plastic cup with water - Put noodles AND flavoring in water - Microwave in high for 5 minutes - Stir - Microwave 2 more minutes - Drain water - Serve
She claims my method water down the flavor and is inferior. I don't really eat Ramen noodles so I don't know. My son eats them either way so I'm cool. |

Umm cook the noodles and crap that is called seasoning (mostly salt and additives), pour everything in a bowl, drink 'the sauce' and eat the noodles.
Sometimes I add in an egg without the sauce and let it freeze in the heat of the noodles.

One or two packs, both seasonings if two, unbroken, add a few dashes of ground pepper, boil on low for 15-20min so that the noodles absorb most of the flavor and water and the remaining broth is more like a light sauce, eat from soup mug while watching a movie wrapped in a blanket.

Get a pack (or two) of noodles. Add some water to a pot and boil it. Once boiling, drop the noodles in and start a timer for 2 minutes 30 seconds. When the timer goes off, break open a packet of seasoning into the water and allow it to be a part of the boiling water. Stir a bit, then serve after about 30 more seconds.
I swear, it's the best.

I like the cut of your jib, sir...
I crush them, and boil *half* the suggested amount of water on the package. I cook the noodles to about the same consistency as spaghetti, i.e. not a soup.
I also fry up a variety of vegetables I have laying around along with a few scrambled eggs and a meat (I generally use some deli ham.) After this mixture is ready, I dump it into the noodles and mix it all up. ----------

Make up some chicken/vegetable/beef based stock for soup, reduce it abit. Add various vegetables when almost done (pak choi, mushrooms etc) add spice mix to taste (chilli, soya, whatever)
Fry some duck breasts (skin side coated in shichimi spice).
Throw noddles in some boiling water for a few mins.
Drain and drop noodles into a bowl, pour in the soup, add sliced duck.

The MSG pack belongs in the trash. You can still use the ramen a serviceable noodles though.
I prefer mine boiled in a genuine chicken broth. Canned soup works too if I'm either desperate or lazy.
It goes surprisingly well with Cambell's cream of mushroom. and further more why do i even need a sig? |

Crush it a little bit, then add chili oil or chili sauce and lime juice. Adding an egg or something is good once in a while too.

Eating Ramen noodles makes me want to vomit. Unless, of course, they are used in a top ramen salad.

Boil the water, open the noodle packages, take the mix packets out and throw in the trash. Once water is boiling add in the noodles, whenthe water is boiling again add the drained can of veggies. While noodles are cooking mix the honey and sauce together, add any kind of extra spices to it that you want in a separate bowl. Turn on your wok and begins to heat it up. Once noodles are to your liking drain and toss into HOT wok stiring some and then add in the sauce from the other bowl. Stir until sauce is absorbed and then serve.

Why do you guys make it so complicated?
1. Water on stove, make it boil. 2. ramen + salt in. 3. ramen + salt out. 4. ramen + salt in me. 5. Worry about getting cancer.

I get a huge pot and fill it with water. Drop in 4 bricks of ramen, all the seasoning.
Let it cook.
When its done strain it and chill it.
Crush up one 99 cent grab bag of Doritos (i think its equivalent to like 3 servings of Doritos), i use nacho but i imagine you could experement.
Mix the doritos in with a half cup of bacon crumbs
Put some large lettuce leaves on a plate and cover them with about 1/4th the ramen (one bricks worth). Brush balsamic vinegar over it and sprinkle with the dorito-bacon crumb mix to taste.

Two packs, three cups of water. Heat water to boiling, cook noodles for four minutes. Noodles are cracked into quarters.
Drain most of the water out. Add cancer packet, grated cheese, and pre-cooked diced ham. Stir occasionally on low heat until mixed and warm. |
