As far as I am aware, EFT has not yet been updated for Incursion (roflket fix, T2 ammo fix etc).
I have been looking at Pyfa from evefit.org
What does everyone think? Certainly looks better than EFT.
Is anyone using it instead of EFT now?

Nope, using both. pyfa has a few problems with usability and the ui (obviously, due to being rather new), eft has a few other quirks.

I use Pyfa primarily since I run Linux. It's great and easy to use. My only complaint with it is that it's not very easy to compare two fits side by side but otherwise it's fantastic.

I would like to change from EFT to something else more realistic or easy to use and using API should i say.
Pyfa is another fitting tool but i can't find any good reason to change atm, tryed to look for some informations but it seems that if you're not a user/tester or programmer you can't easly make your decision.
This is my feeling atm but, i'm still searching for something realistic (using API) and EASY to use, untill then i'll keep EFT just because i already know it a little. ________________________________________________

I'm still using EFT over Pyfa, mainly due to the fact that EFT won't allow you to add 8 turrets to a 5 turret hardpoint ship like Pyfa does. I also prefer not having to trawl through the modules section to find what I want as well as the slot colour coding for when I'm only half paying attention.

Please go into more detail on what you mean by "more realistic using API".
Both programs (and I use both depending on my physical location) use API info and are "realistic" as in what you put on the ship (with correct skills and using game rules) will fit on the same ship in game. As noted by another poster, PyFA doesn't currently check to see if your fit is "legal" in game.

I seem to be one of the few people who uses EveHQ. Why is that? What am I missing? EFT seems about the same, even slightly harder UI (for me at least).

I use eveHQ as well, had some issues with it on my old machine which made me move back to evemon and EFT but those seem to have been fixed and its a realy nice program that rolls them obht in to 1 with a lot of other functionality as well.

I occasionally use EVEHQ if the program is already loaded. For me, the difference between HQ and EFT is how long my machine takes to load the respective programs. If neither is open, I load EFT. if HQ is already open, I load HQ Fitter. Often I use both to cross check fits, to see if there's any real variation in the calculations.
That said, I like the HQ fitter more, but not enough to be bothered to wait the longer load time than EFT -------------------

I prefer EveHQ, everything in one place, it even has POS monitoring and designing before you build.

QFT, EFT load alot faster than EveHQ. Evemon, with the need of .Net 4.0 crap takes nearly as long as EveHQ to load.
