Originally built to fly recon, T2 small and med drones, Amarr BS to 4, T2 small, medium and just achieving large lasers. Good fitting skills, just needs hull upgrades V for full T2 armor tank.
Full set of +3s, positive wallet. Sec status is -0.58, easily fixed - it has not been lower. No kill rights.
Character is in NPC corp, having spent last 1.5 months in his own.
