Originally built to fly recon, T2 small and med drones, Amarr BS to 4, T2 small, medium and just achieving large lasers. Good fitting skills, just needs hull upgrades V for full T2 armor tank.
Full set of +3s, positive wallet. Sec status is -0.58, easily fixed - it has not been lower. No kill rights.
Character is in NPC corp, having spent last 1.5 months in his own.

What puzzles me is you have T2 Frigs training, like AF, and Covops, yet, you don't have Amarr Frig V to be able to pilot them.
I'll only be available tonight 00.00 Server time for payment.

Once isk is transferred, I will close this thread.
Edit: went straight for the curse/pilgrim, so neglected Amarr frig V.
