every time i expect a long DT, i set it to train Gallente Battleship V, in the hopes that the server will glitch, and give everyone a full rank of whatever skill they are training. hasn't happened yet, but i'm still halfway done with the skill!

15KM in a capital ship should be stated as ... It will take a life-time to get to shields of POS, provided you don't have a heart attack getting there. 
means don't cyno into a hot system without mass support, and maybe a machariel to bonk you in the right direction.
