why are the new downloads not working just download and install they said now it tells me my version is not compatable and still wont play the game ****, just want to play not get a degree on how to use, their customer service sucks ass

Please refrain from downloading any preliminary patches or clients until we announce that the final build is complete. Downloading an early patch which is subsequently rebuilt may result in you needing to download another full client which will be frustrating. We will announce when the final build is complete.
Patching is in progress until 15:00 UTC, or when they tell us otherwise.

Maybe read the first post befor asking something that is no needed ??
And eventualy flaming something that isnt bad at all.
Hmmm i wonder if i can set my female char to a male char now, so i can finaly reflect what i am in RL aswell. Girls talking about guys things is not as cool as it used to be

its not their customer service, its your reading skills, you need to train that ****e to level 5, also now might be a good time to go get the reading comprehension skill as well and train that to at least level 4.
After all its posted clearly on the front page of this very thread that you should not download any patches until they say so, or you risk having to re download the entire client.
