Do you have ATI card? I had this problem long time ago with one patch, and recently on test server and it was fixed by reinstalling catalyst drivers (even with same versions as you have though EVE was only game affected by this problem). Hope it helps.

try to reinstal catalysts, it should fix it (even the same version as you have) btw there are already catalysts 10.12

sry but are you stup!d or something? you pay so you can play. EXPANSIONS are comming on top of that and are for free.Oh wait you saying that blizzard (or other big mmorpgs for that matter) are giving their datadisks for free? Wierd I thought they asks 50$ or so for it...

Lets be honest and objective. CCP did good job, majority of ppl get the game working (just compare server graphs and see how many ppl was online at this time week ago,two weeks etc). I understand your frustration but for a second think outside of your perspective. You should calm down and go take a walk outside and let CCP fix remaining problems. They always did. Why you waste your time here anyway? Just find something else to do and come back tomorrow or in two days and I believe many problems will be solved by than.

Still getting this issue when quitting eve, tried running as admin, seems to be OK alt-tabbing but after quit, everything is real dimmed, only way to fix is a logout of windows.
it should be enough to do "switch user" instead of logoff, once on login screen select your user again and it should be fixed. Or you can start any other game and it will reset everything back. if you have ATI card try to reinstall drivers
