Obvious intentional use of exploit is obvious. Ban should have been immediate. More favourtism for IT. Wonder how much Molle sends to CCP each year for his batphone service....

I fully support this, the character that anchored the SBUs should be banned, including the fleet that knowingly knew it was an exploit. |

gotta admit its s shame test didnt post to GD...
cos yeah, setting up those sbu's is a sploit; more importantly, it was famously and loudly stated to be a 'sploit (meaning there is no excuse at allfor setting up the sbu's before an extended downtime), and sending in fleets to the system(s) in question is taking advantage of a 'sploit, which is also a bannable offence.
at the very least, the fleet commanders need banning, and judging by the exploit rules, all items related to the exploit-action; namely all the ships used as a result of the exploit, from the lowliest 'dictor right on through to the supercaps, should be removed from the characters.
ofcourse, this is the minimum punishment that should be levied upon IT alliance, as per CCP's rules regarding exploits in eve online.

If they don't ban anyone this time, then they can never ban anyone for it in the future without showing obvious, game-breaking bias. This exploit is well-known since it was earlier clarified when IT itself complained. There is no greater level of general awareness to come.
Therefore, if there will be no punishment, then everyone might as well drop as many sov units as possible each extended downtime, and hope some go unreported or overlooked. If this exploit isn't punishable, then alliances have nothing to lose by using it and hoping the units don't get deleted.

A gm/dev reply would be good, just to let the eve community know that we haven't lost faith in CCP as a company.
Is it worth for me to continue playing the eve, while alliances are allowed to exploit without fear of retribution? |

I'm confused.
wasn't it IT itself which reported this, got it deemed a exploit and reversed?
Why would they do an obvious exploit they themselves first reported?
And by the way, I think you are forgetting just how annoying these sigs are. |
