Its a rule of photography, looking at the camera tends to be a no no unless its a passport pic or similar.

Only thing which bugs me is that your right shoulder seems like it's drooping to the point it almost looks dislocated. The line from the shoulder up the neck to your head seems a bit unnatural... guess it's a combination of the pose and angle.
Anyway, your face and determined look makes up for quite a bit. 7/10 :)
You did a good job with the expression in the face, looks pretty determined even if its hard to see in the small version. makeup and lips match but its lost a little by lack of contrast.
