Skrupler: Good choice. Clean skin is not what many people have, and the sun glasses work in the bright light source. All black is the only black, 10/10.
Dartauw: the picture is too dark and one needs to click the portrait to get to see your face properly. 5/10
Dezilagel: the same, too dark, but not as bad as Dartauw. 6/10

If you were going for some security officer look then you need to get the innocent expression off the face. There is no such thing as a happy and content security officer, only those who are vigilant and observant, with a more serious expression. (All other types of security end up dead.)

9/10 Very nice. Seems natural, not forced and friendly. Only the tattoo seems out of place on this rather pretty face.
