Hello, how much "worth" is to train BC to IV or V just for Harbinger? (pure Amarr character only)

If u fly bc often it is worth every cent. The boost is actually noticeable and I know u say pure amarr but the fact that it crosses is great. It also opens up possibilities of command ships and if u like the harbi u will cream when u get into an absolution

Might as well to train it to 4, it won't take long. 5 depends on if you intend to fly the Harby a lot, in which case do, or if you want to move up to battleships as soon as you can, leave it at 4.

Once you start flying a hurricane...you'll see very clearly the value of that Level V skill.

I'd get BC 5 asap, BCs are very nice ships to be able to fly.

You'll want it eventually...
If you want to get it now or later depends. If you're just using BCs to get through lvl3 missions to get to level 4s AND you don't want a lot of corps you might as well focus on BS skills after level 4 BC.
If you want to pvp, if you want to do other BC-friendly activities etc do it right now. If you want to grind several corps and don't anticipate beeing through with level 3's before the skill is done you should get it too.

Don't wait til you have 65mil SP to get it, like I did. Its a very good skill.

BC V is a nice skill, and applicable to all races...
Even if you are mainly an amarr char, you can easily cross-train for a Drake, if say you already have HAM/HML skills because of your Sac or Curse etc, or go for a Myrm if you drone skills can support it etc.
