Must admit I'm alittle Piddled off with this patch.
I work early mornings so I thought of putting skills on untill after I finished would be alright. I log on and find its down for a patch, the Entry on the news Posted by CCP Fallout was at 12 mins past midnight the day of the patch =( Some of us are asleep by then. By all means patch the server but at least give us fair warning to put long skills on, especially with a patch thats had known issues before hand!

U must be new here.
Actually an older player of nearly 7 years and I have to say this is the first time I've had a problem with them telling us so late with something like this. 1/2 way into Thursday I could understand but when they themselves work on UTC Time, alittle past midnight is alittle late to warn anyone in the same timezone, isn't it?
Still rather annoyed that this is all because people didn't take their time and actually look at what was going on. The new charactergen isn't rocket science and I thought the 4 snapshots was a nifty idea. Not like it isn't hard to tell which of the four you were selecting.

Last time this happened to me I just right-clicked the eve shortcut > Properties > Run in admisitraitor mode. I also turned off the visuals for windows there too.
To get windows back to proper colour I clicked anything that made the UAC popup, like trying to change your account settings from your little avatar pic on the start menu.

Is there a time limit on the recustomization option? I will be away a few days.

there is a time limit but we've not been informed, last guess-timate was approx a month
