Considering how many people have consumed their redo for altering their portrait again, And found that due to bugs, it's still wrong... Why not simply allow everyone unlimited retrys untill the bugs are worked out? Clearly people are not happy with this release, and It appears that it's nowhere near finished. Perhaps if so much time wasn't wasted on content like Incursions... we could have gotten at least one feature w/o bugs.
Till this is fixed, I recommend anyone that wishes to redo their portrait simply wait it out. Why bother if there's no telling what you'll get?
WTB Paper bags in the meantime to cover my face. Or I can trade some scissors to somebody with a hood.

We know the devs know it's broken.
Not a word about a fix.
Wonder if we'll get it sorted before the grace period is up.

My hood was appearing / functioning normally until 2 days ago, I attempted to fix minor lighting / camera issues with yet another portrait redo. Lo & behold my hood is once again missing. Having no reserve flags to fire off, I'm stuck again looking like shmeegol, And I can't tell you thrilled that makes me. I need that bag on my head just to undock ;|
Very first in game petition has been filed, 2 days w/o an answer. I used to speak very highly of CCPs customer support, coming from many different games which treat their customers downright poorly. I was impressed before at the speed / thoroughness of their response, not so much now. This is turning into a very negative experience. One that I will not quickly forget. Funny how a single piece of clothing (or code in this case) can turn into such a problem. & while this is not a major issue for others, it is for me.

Would like to chime in and confirm this issue is not fixed. After having my account re-flagged for a portrait redo because of a missing hood, the issue resurfaced after a day.
The hood no longer appears on the login screen or in game.
Not going to bother with another petition until this is addressed in some sort of patch notes.. erm.. Wait it already has....
Back to Diablo II over hamachi!

Just sucks having something for years then suddenly losing it for weeks, with no word on when it'll be back. esp when that one thing was a major motivation to pick a certain race.

This almost seems entirely random. Though I did have a stable hood for about 3 days, till I used a portrait redo flag... Then it went missing again. So perhaps petitions & some luck is the only way to go for now?
Already filed one petition though and it went missing the very next day..
