So I have been looking for a npc corp that does only carrier missions. TransStellar looked good but now they want me to mine and now kill some outpost?!. Any suggestions?

It has to do with with agent type, not specific corp. As a reminder, make sure your macro is properly updated for incursion menu position changes.

Thanks for the link Goose. I have been staying in "distribution" and "shipping" areas of corps and they still want me to kill stuff.

That's really mean, considering a carrier has no turret hardpoints and so can't fit a mining laser

I can't recall what NPC corp it is, but there's a station in Ingunn with several L4 courier agents.
There are also locals in Ingunn who like to mulch all the unresponsive industrials that sit just outside docking range. Man your computer and respond in local and you shouldn't be harassed too much.
If you're using a bot or a script, DIAF. ששששש

I feel a little behind the times. I don't use any of those. I work from home and wanted to earn (easy) standing with a corp to qualify for a jump clone.

Ingunn should do you just fine then, if you don't mind Minmatar space.
As for all the mistrust: the people who usually exclusively run courier missions are the ones actively wrecking the in-game economy. ששששש

Eek! Really? Like I said I work from home and I don't mind doing a few clicks during the day. I will check out Ingunn, thanks. Is there any other way to build up standing with a npc corp to obtain a jump clone slot?

join a 0.0 corp, set up jump clone in 0.0, go to highsec, jump to 0.0 and there you have a highsec a clone.
